From the time I first picked up a guitar at age 12, something inside me just couldn't help but wonder what made them tick...what made a "good one" better than an average one...what's inside...What makes them feel the way they do.

As a full time working musician, I became more and more aware that the more you learn and the more you begin to master the guitar, high-performance, craftsmanship and exceptional tone become part of what you need out of an instrument. 

After many years of building and repairing guitars for other companies, it became apparent in 2011 that I needed to focus on my own creations and finish work. That's when Riggio Guitars was fully realized.
